mellows is still in development. This beta gives you early access to a product that has not yet been publicly released, and an opportunity to help us find issues and improve the experience. Your honest feedback is very important to us.
1. Keep the beta private
During the beta, you may see unreleased features, designs, content, and product information. Please do not publicly post or share these materials with anyone outside the beta, including screenshots or screen recordings.
This does not apply to content that mellows has already made public or that we have explicitly allowed you to share.
2. Use mellows for real
Please don’t just open the app once and look around. We’d like you to use mellows as you normally would, ideally over several nights.
Try features such as sleep data, sleep insights, mia, and sounds, and experience how they work in real use.
3. Give us honest feedback
We want your honest thoughts, not just positive feedback.
Please tell us if something:
- doesn’t work or doesn’t feel right
- is confusing or difficult to use
- seems inaccurate
- feels genuinely useful or enjoyable
- could be improved in any other way
You don’t need to write a formal test report. Short, specific, and honest feedback is what we value most.
4. Report issues
If you encounter a crash, incorrect data, a broken feature, or anything unexpected, please let us know what happened.
If possible, include a screenshot or screen recording, along with a brief description of what you were doing when the issue occurred.
5. Keep your personal content private
Please don’t publicly share your personal data, mia conversations, or other private content from mellows.
6. About the beta
This is a test version and may contain bugs, crashes, data issues, or unfinished features. Features may also be changed, replaced, or removed during the beta.
You can leave the beta at any time.
